Diaspark Energy, a provider of PV Enterprise software will be exhibiting at Solar Asset Management North America Conference 2016, San Francisco, CA on March 16-17, 2016.

In an interview with Solarplaza, Atul Jain – Diaspark Energy’s product manager said they are showcasing their software with performance enhancements across its Asset Management, O&M and Analytics Platform.

The upgraded version takes the platform’s capabilities in Unified Monitoring and Asset Management to the next level with inclusion of multiple intelligent processes. They have introduced new data analysis capabilities that help PV asset owners better understand underlying efficiency drivers and reduce costs.

The system supports analytical functions like event based monitoring, smart alerts, project tracking reports, production & operation forecasting, scheduling & document management, financial & commercial management, contract administration and asset reporting.

Atul adds, the forecasting report compares current and expected energy generation. The platform generates alerts when energy generation levels vary. It manages the alert lifecycle from generation to repair orders and automatically takes decision to suppress, escalate or suspend alerts. This helps users to prioritize maintenance needs and curb the impact of costs on the business.

He says, “We have been developing PV energy software systems for more than 5 years now. With the inclusion of analytics into the system, we are able to offer automatic fault detection and diagnostic algorithms to produce actionable recommendations in improving operations. Our mission is to provide the most comprehensive software platform for solar asset management that reduces cost and improves performance.”
